Private chats about cases start today
March 8, 2010 -- Hamilton County residents with
questions about their Medicaid, food assistance and cash
assistance cases can chat live with workers about their
cases. The Hamilton County Department of Job and Family
Services today began offering private chats 10 a.m.-2
p.m. weekdays to help those with case-related questions.
