The patient needs to go for tests, x-rays, exams, follw-up and prescpritions filled. Does JFS have some responsibility in making sure this is done and paid for? It might take years before the disability benefit is awarded.

You can make an application for Disability Medical Assistance and we can prepare a summary of your information and forward it to the State of Ohio for approval. I received all medicade benefits until oct. 2009 when they were suddnly discontinued without reason or explaination.
