Who is eligible

Medicaid
Eligibility is based on income. Pregnant women, adults 65 and older and individuals of any age with disabilities, including individuals who are legally blind, may qualify for Medicaid.

Healthy Start/Healthy Families
Eligibility is based on income. Low-income families, children up to age 19 and pregnant women may qualify.

Enhanced Medicaid Transportation
You must be a Medicaid client and show a documented need (such as a doctor’s letter) for transportation to your medical appointment.
