Workforce
Development
helps Hamilton County residents find jobs and/or
training needed to move up the economic ladder.
Its programs (fact sheets, to right) include
Super Jobs, Food Stamp Employment & Training (FSET)
and Community Link.
The Super
Jobs Center in the old unemployment office on
Central Parkway plays an important role in the
region’s economic development.
Super Jobs is operated in partnership with Arbor
E&T LLC, and is supported by the City of
Cincinnati, Hamilton County and the Southwest
Ohio Workforce Investment Board. The Hamilton
County Department of Job and Family Services is
designated as the fiscal agent and
administrative entity for Workforce Investment
Act (WIA) Title 1 federal workforce investment
programs -- WIA Adult, Dislocated Worker and
Youth programs.
The center provides no-cost services to both
employers and job seekers.
