***Please
note: all public assistance applications will take 30 days to
process and telephone interviews may be delayed
up to one day ***
We are currently
experiencing record numbers of applicants for
public assistance. Because of this, we are
running up to one day behind on our telephone
interviews. If you have been scheduled for a
telephone interview with our agency and have not
heard from us, we request your patience and ask
that you please do not call, e-mail, or utilize
the on-line chat tool to ask if your interview
will be completed until the following
day.
Please allow 30
days for processing of all public assistance
cases .
Due to a large amount of applications and
re-certifications most cases will take the full
30 days to process.
We greatly
apologize for this inconvenience and are working
diligently to reduce this backlog.
