Agency expands online access for customers

March 20, 2008 -- It’s easier for agency customers to ask questions about their cases online. We have added easy-to-complete forms under Contact Us on the agency Web site, www.hcjfs.org.

Pull-down menus under Contact Us direct clients to specific services such as Child Support, Child Care, Medicaid or Food Stamps.

After a client clicks on one of the menu items, they find a form that requests basic information that can help the agency research answers to their questions.

This enhancement is just one of many improvements planned for the Web site in coming weeks.
