New phone option for Medicaid providers, community partners

Sept. 8, 2008 -- Medicaid providers or community partners with billing or coverage questions must hit Option 7 to leave a voice mail when calling the new Change Processing Call Center (513-946-1070).

The unit's staff do their best to answer calls as they come in, but if they are taking another call, the Medicaid provider or community partner has the option of leaving a voice message.

The Family and Adult Assistance (FAA)  sections of the Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services recently started the call center as part of customer service improvements.
