Provider portal instructions coming later this month

Feb. 8, 2010 -- Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is planning to send a communication to child care providers later in February regarding the ODJFS provider portal.

ODJFS wants providers to complete their provider agreements via the provider portal by March 20.

Providers will have access  to the portal weekdays,  7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., except for when routine maintenance is needed.
