Child Care consumers: New process for communicating with specialists

Sept. 20, 2010 -- Parents, guardians and other Hamilton County Child Care consumers, Child Care has a new process to give you better access to case information.

 

Follow these steps to communicate with a Hamilton County Child Care consumer specialist by phone:

 

(1) Call 946-1800

(2) Follow the prompts
(3) Enter your Social Security Number

(4) If you are a child care consumer, your call will be routed to a call center that will assist you.

 

We also offer live chats 7:30-9:30 a.m. weekdays on the Child Care page under Services on www.hcjfs.org.
