A large number of those participating in the survey were agency clients or social service partners -- two of its top strategic audiences.
“I am not always
able to read printed information, so it is
convenient to have the information available on
my Facebook when I sign in,” one respondent
wrote.
In response to the survey, the agency plans to
continue providing information about programs,
services and upcoming events on Facebook. It
also intends to expand efforts to respond to
clients' needs through social media channels
