Even though he has a genuine love of the outdoors, not many would suspect that Billy Ray was responsible for planting all of the flowers in front of the building where he lives. He’s often reserved and quiet, and even a little hard to get to know, but Billy Ray’s passion for plants and animals is obvious once you befriend him.

According to Billy Ray, the best way to pass the time is by taking walks. An extremely creative teenager, Billy Ray is dying to visit Alaska and is very interested in someday working on a farm. He’d much rather being doing, rather than sitting; he doesn’t watch much television, instead preferring to play cards or make crafts.

Billy Ray would love to be part of a close-knit family who share his love of the outdoors and being active, either with or without other children.
