Learning math is the best thing for Darlene. She couldn’t enjoy the class more, and enjoys seeing her work pay off in good grades. She does well in other subjects, too.

If she’s not working on homework, Darlene may be playing one of her favorite sports. She plays basketball for her school team (she’s on defense), but also likes soccer, volleyball, tennis and swimming. She can do flips in the pool if you will watch! Darlene also likes to read in her spare time. She’s a Dora the Explorer fan!

Love to eat at restaurants? Darlene’s on it with suggestions to go to Skyline or Waffle House. She orders fried chicken when she can. And if you like playing board games, this energetic and sweet youngster will challenge you to Uno, slapjack, Sorry or Trouble.

Darlene says the best thing about her is her eyes. They dart around as she plays video games, checking every possible move as she moves through Mario or King Kong. She thinks she wants to be a case worker when she grows up.
